In fact, ezVoice saved the Labcom building, because we would have a building with all infrastructure ready to serve us, but our main communication tool: the Internet and telephony, would not be available by traditional ways.

Within the audio conferencing capabilities, a new solution that we were not in the other structure, we worked with this on a recent occasion where we did the approval of three materials for a client where the company's marketing director was located in Sao Paulo, a marketing management in Curitiba and another management in Sao Paulo. Then through an audio conference in a room where everyone was connected by our equipment, we did all the work approved by the client without displacing people from their locations.

Since the definition of the number, the connection with that number is provided by ezVoice. As if I need a number in Curitiba, we'll take another virtual number that will be have the Curitiba prefix, but will be attended wherever i am, if we need one in Brasilia, it will be the same thing. This allows the company to grow, but also unified communications, the company grows with communication being optimized. And what every businessman wants: cost reduction with quality.
